(Reuters) -Mattel on Thursday named consumer health giant Kenvue’s Paul Ruh as CFO, replacing Anthony DiSilvestro.
Ruh was the finance chief of the Tylenol maker following its spinoff from drug and medical device maker Johnson & Johnson in 2023. He was replaced by Kellanova’s Amit Banati as CFO earlier on Thursday.
Ruh also spent 13 years at snacks giant PepsiCo.
DiSilvestro said in January that he would retire as finance chief of the toymaker after a little over five years in the role. He will stay on as adviser until August 15, the company said in a statement.
