DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police have arrested three people in connection with the theft of five thousand dollars worth of brass railings and fittings from the downtown Skywalk system.
Several calls about the thefts came in earlier this month and this week, officers saw two suspects using tools to remove the items.
The 32 year old man and 24 year old woman were arrested on pending charges of felony theft and possession of burglary tools.
A third person, a 43 year old man, was also arrested for aiding felony theft.
