WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The State Department said on Thursday that the U.S. will impose sanctions on Sudan after determining it used chemical weapons in 2024, according to a statement. Those sanctions will include limits on U.S. exports and U.S. government lines of credit and will take effect around June 6 after public notification, the State Department said.
