(Reuters) -Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney will travel to Brussels and The Hague from June 22 to 25 to attend the Canada-European Union and North Atlantic Treaty Organization summits, the prime minister’s office said in a statement on Wednesday.
Carney will meet with EU presidents with the aim of deepening Canada’s relationship with the EU “across all sectors,” his office said. At the NATO summit, he will engage with allies “to meet evolving threats in a more dangerous and divided world,” according to the statement.
