Ukraine’s delegation arrives in Istanbul for talks, broadcaster reports

KYIV (Reuters) -Ukraine’s delegation for a third round of peace talks with Russia has arrived in Istanbul, Ukraine’s public broadcaster Suspilne reported on Wednesday, citing the foreign ministry spokesperson.
