DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Voters in Duluth will be going to the polls on Tuesday to narrow the field of candidates for Councilor At Large and 2nd District Councilor. There is also a primary election for an At Large Duluth School Board member.
There are five candidates on the ballot for At Large Councilor with the top four moving on to the General Election in November.
The three candidates for 2nd District Councilor will be narrowed down to two.
Four of the five candidates for At Large School Board will also move on to the November election.
Meanwhile, on Monday, the Duluth City Council voted to appoint former Duluth Seaway Port Authority Executive Director, Deb DeLuca, to be the interim councilor in District 2.
She will serve in that position until the winner of the November election for the seat takes office in January.
