The Atlanta Falcons will have their top two receivers available Sunday night when they visit the Minnesota Vikings with Drake London and Darnell Mooney both cleared to play after recent shoulder injuries.
London, who left last week’s 23-20 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers late with a shoulder issue, practiced fully on Friday and carries no injury designation. The 23-year-old led Atlanta with 15 targets and finished with eight catches for 55 yards in Week 1 after a breakout 2024 season in which he ranked fourth in the NFL with 1,271 receiving yards.
Mooney, who injured his shoulder on the opening day of training camp and has not played since, will make his 2025 debut in Week 2. The veteran revitalized his career with the Falcons last season, posting 992 yards and a career-high five touchdowns.
The Falcons will be without offensive lineman Jack Nelson (calf), safety Jordan Fuller (knee), return specialist Jamal Agnew (groin) and reserve wide receiver Casey Washington (concussion). Rookie edge rusher James Pearce Jr. (groin), cornerback Billy Bowman Jr. (shoulder) and safety DeMarco Hellams (hamstring) are listed as questionable.
