ROME (Reuters) -Italy plans to confirm its GDP growth estimates in the upcoming budget plan to be unveiled later this month, Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti said on Sunday.
The government forecast in April gross domestic product (GDP) in the euro zone’s third largest economy to grow by 0.6% this year and 0.8% in 2026.
“We feel confident in confirming GDP estimates for these years,” he said addressing a political event in Rome.
