SAN JOSE (Reuters) -Costa Rica on Wednesday suspended flights at its international airports and temporarily closed its airspace after a power malfunction affected a radar system, Civil Aviation’s deputy director Luis Diego Saborio told Reuters.
“The whole airspace of the country has been affected,” the transport ministry said.
