DULUTH, MN (Northern News Now) – A driver is facing several charges after crashing into a building at the corner of 10th Avenue West and West 4th Street in Duluth.
According to police, the vehicle was traveling west on 4th Street Sunday at a high rate of speed when it knocked down a stop sign and hit the building.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the county jail, where they were booked on pending charges of fourth-degree DWI, careless driving, speeding, and a hands-free violation.
No other injuries were reported, and the extent of the damage to the building has not yet been released.
