HIBBING, MN (KDAL) – On Wednesday afternoon, members of the Lake Superior Violent Offenders Task Force, Hibbing Police, the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Department along with federal law enforcement that included the U-S Border Patrol, the Internal Revenue Service and Homeland Security, executed a search warrant in the 1800 block of 3rd Avenue East in Hibbing.
The warrant was the result of a narcotics investigation regarding the individual who lived and worked at that location.
The suspect was arrested on cocaine and firearms charges and was found to be in possession of several fake I-D’s.
A separate investigation may also lead to federal charges.
