DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – As part of a major strategic planning initiative, the St. Louis County Historical Society is looking for feedback from residents in helping to shape its future.
The Society has released a community survey to get the public’s perspective on its current operation and priorities for the next several years.
The Historical Society’s Executive Director, Wayne Gannaway, says it’s an opportunity to help influence how they honor the past and build a sustainable future.
Founded in 1922, the Society is headquartered in the Duluth Depot and has a collection of over 13 thousand artifacts. In addition to the extensive collection, the Society also manages exhibits, educational programs, the Veterans Memorial Hall and Lake Superior Ojibwe Gallery.
Residents can share thoughts by participating in the online survey by February 16th at https://www.research.net/r/SLCHistory
