DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The second round of applications for the Duluth 1200 Fund’s Historic loan program is now underway.
The Historic Fund offers low to zero interest loans for buildings in the Duluth Commercial Historic District.
The loans can be used for exterior renovations that includes signage, awnings, window and door replacements, painting, concrete work and roof repair.
Eligible indoor improvements include HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler systems, electrical and fire alarms.
The purpose of the fund is to support and encourage preservation, improvements, restoration and rehabilitation of buildings in the downtown Commercial Historic District.
The Historic Fund Loan Program applications will be accepted through May 18th.
