DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The St. Louis County Extension Office is presenting their annual Spring Gardening Extravaganza on Saturday at the Depot in Duluth.
The event will focus on new plant materials, disease resistant tomatoes, organics, garden and landscape design.
Featuring Master Gardeners and experts, those attending will find 14 workshops on a wide range of topics including raised bed gardening, pruning trees and shrubs, container gardening and growing hardy roses.
The all day event runs from 9 a-m to 4 p-m and includes a lunch and a resource book.
A similar event called the Spring Gardening Spectacular will be held on Wednesday at the Mt. Iron Community Center.
Also a full day of gardening classes and activities from 9 a-m to 4 p-m including a catered lunch, resource materials and classes.
