(Reuters) -RWE and Apollo Global Management said on Monday that they are establishing a joint venture for RWE’s 25.1% stake in German transmission system operator Amprion to finance its future growth.
Apollo will provide 3.2 billion euros ($3.75 billion), which RWE and Apollo will both invest in Amprion.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
