HIBBING, MN (KDAL) – The Hibbing Fire Department was called to reports of a fire early Monday morning in the 2900 block of the Newton Road.
They arrived to find an active fire and worked to prevent its spread to a nearby camper, vehicle and vegetation.
The owner of the home sustained a minor injury and the structure was considered a total loss.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The Hibbing Fire Department was assisted at the scene by fire departments from Virginia, Cherry and Clinton.
